The estimated delivery time has passed and I have not received my order, what should I do?

Your order is processed within 2 to 8 days. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the order tracking number in order to track your delivery. Delivery time is 24 to 72 hours.

How to track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can directly click on it to obtain the carrier's delivery information.

How do I obtain an invoice for my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a clickable link to download your invoice in PDF format.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped and picked up by our delivery partners. Simply contact us so that we can cancel your order and refund you.

If your order has already been shipped, you have 14 days to return the items to us by contacting us directly at contact@podevache.com.

I have not received confirmation of my order, what should I do?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, remember to check your SPAM.

DELIVERY

How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are based on the weight of the item(s) in your basket before any discounts or reductions. The delivery price is then applied to your order during checkout based on the weight of the items in your order.

When will my order be delivered?

We process your orders within 2 to 8 days. They are then sent to our carrier for delivery. Delivery times are 24 to 72 hours depending on destinations.

What service is used to deliver my order?

We send your orders with DPD everywhere in France.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We process your orders within 2 to 8 days after payment.

I ordered several items, will they be delivered at the same time?

We send all items in the same order at the same time. If we have an additional delay regarding an item, we will contact you to notify you of the delay.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

When an order is validated and paid for, it is sent directly to our shipping department. It is therefore not possible to change your delivery address.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number.

How do I track my delivery?

You can directly track your delivery with the tracking number sent in the shipping email for your order.

What should I do if I am not home when my order is delivered?

It all depends on the size of the package.

For small and medium parcels:

In the event of absence during delivery, our carrier will leave you a delivery notice with the reference of your package in order to reschedule the delivery.

For large packages:

Our carrier contacts you before delivery and offers you a time slot and a date. If they don't suit you, you can always choose a new appointment. If you are not home at the agreed time, the order returns to the delivery company's warehouse. Redelivery is possible, but this could result in additional costs. Whatever happens, we advise you to be at home on the first delivery date.

My order is indicated as delivered on the carrier's website but I have not received it, what should I do?

We work in partnership with a specialist transport company to guarantee efficient delivery. Although rare, they sometimes encounter communication problems or other small problems. These are generally computer malfunctions. It's also possible that they passed your order on to a helpful neighbor. If you are unable to locate your order, contact us directly at contact@podevache.com.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver everywhere in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Iceland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Countries -Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. As soon as we are able to deliver to other countries, we will update this post.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I received my order but it does not suit me. Can I return it?

You have 14 days following delivery of your order to return the item(s) that do not suit you. To do this, we invite you to download and carefully complete the return form , which must be attached to your package .

Where should I send my returns?

You will find in your package your return slip to complete and return to us with the item(s) that do not suit you. You can also download the return slip which must be attached to your package.

I returned my order because it didn't suit me, when will I be refunded?

We will refund your order after receiving your return, within 48 hours on the payment method used during your purchase.

Can you refund the order to a different account or credit card?

In the interest of combating fraud, we cannot make refunds to any account or bank card other than the one used when paying for the order.

When will I see the refund on my account?

We will refund you within 48 hours of receiving your return. The refund should therefore appear a few days later. However, this time may vary depending on the bank and the type of card used during payment.

I want to return an order, do I have to pay return costs?

If you have changed your mind and decide to return one or more items, the return costs will be your responsibility.

Once your items have been received in our workshop, we will reimburse you for the amount of the returned items.

I wish to return an order beyond 14 days following its delivery

You have 14 days following delivery to return your order. However, once this period has expired we will not be able to take your item back.
