Delivery

We do everything we can to process your orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping times are as follows:

• Vinyl, textile, paintings & candles: 2 to 8 working days
• Lighting: 2 weeks
• Kakemonos & personalized cushions: 5 weeks
• Armchairs & sofas: 12 weeks

Returns

You have 14 days following delivery of your order to return the item(s) that do not suit you. To do this, we invite you to carefully fill out the return slip present in your package, which must be attached to your package. Please note, however, that personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions .
