Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched and handled by our delivery partners. If your order has already been shipped, you have 14 days to return the items by contacting us directly at [email protected].
I haven't received confirmation of my order. What should I do?
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received it, please check your SPAMS.

DELIVERY
How much are delivery charges?
Delivery charges are based on the weight of the item(s) in your basket before any discounts. The price of delivery is then applied to your order at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order.
When will my order be delivered?
We process your orders within 2 to 8 days. They are then forwarded to our carrier for delivery. Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination.

We ship your orders with DPD anywhere in France.

I've ordered several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
We send all items in an order at the same time. If we have an additional delay for an item, we will contact you to let you know.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Once an order has been validated and paid for, it is sent directly to our shipping department. It is therefore not possible to modify your delivery address. What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?
It all depends on the size of the parcel.
For small and medium-sized parcels: If you are absent at the time of delivery, our carrier will leave you a delivery notice with the reference number of your parcel so that you can reschedule the delivery.
For bulky parcels: Our carrier contacts you before delivery and suggests a time slot and date. If this does not suit you, you can always choose a new appointment. If you are not at home at the agreed time, the order is returned to the delivery company's warehouse. Re-delivery is possible, but may incur additional charges. In any case, we advise you to be at home on the first delivery date.

My order is shown as delivered on the carrier's website but I haven't received it. What should I do?
We work in partnership with a specialist transport company to guarantee efficient delivery. Although rare, they do occasionally encounter communication problems or other minor hiccups. These are usually computer malfunctions. Or they may have entrusted your order to a helpful neighbor. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact us directly at [email protected].

We currently deliver to France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, .inland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I've received my order but it doesn't suit me. Can I return it?
You have 14 days following the delivery of your order to return the item(s) that do not suit you. To do this, we invite you to download and carefully fill in the returns form, which you should enclose with your parcel. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

I returned my order because it didn't suit me. When will I get my money back?
We will refund your order within 48 hours of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
Can you refund the order to a different account or credit card?
As part of our anti-fraud policy, we are unable to issue refunds to accounts or credit cards other than the one used to pay for the order.
When can I see the refund on my account?
We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your return. The refund should therefore appear a few days later. However, this time may vary depending on the bank and the type of card used for payment.
I want to return an order. Do I have to pay a return fee?
If you change your mind and decide to return one or more items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your items have been received in our workshop, we will reimburse you for the cost of the items returned.
