Maintenance

To preserve the properties and colors of your products, it's important to protect them when not in use. Take care of your products by taking them inside as often as possible. Don't leave them outside all the time.

Beware: night can alter the color of your product. To avoid any risk of discoloration, remember to put it away as soon as the moon rises. In winter, keep your product in a warm, dry place.

Delivery

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping times are as follows:

• Velvet paintings: 12 working days
• Fixtures: 2 weeks
• Customized kakemonos & cushions: 5 weeks
• Armchairs & sofas: 12 weeks

Returns

You have 14 days following the delivery of your order to return the item(s) that do not suit you. To do this, please carefully fill in the returns form included in your parcel and enclose it with your order. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
